-Drug Guide: In drug delivery, it can improve drug selectivity and reduce toxicity.
Preparation Method:
The preparation method of (2S)-4-amino -2-[[(9H-fluoren-9-ylmethoxy) carbonyl] amino] butyric acid hydrochloride can be achieved by the following steps:
1. firstly, (9H-fluorene -9-yl formaldehyde) is added to dimethylformamide to obtain (9H-fluorene -9-yl methoxy) aldehyde.
2. condensation reaction of (9H-fluorene -9-ylmethoxy) aldehyde with formyl propyl amino acid to generate (2S)-4-amino -2-[[(9H-fluorene -9-ylmethoxy) carbonyl] amino] butyric acid.
3. finally, the obtained product is reacted with hydrochloric acid to prepare (2S)-4-amino -2-[[(9H-fluoren-9-ylmethoxy) carbonyl] amino] butyric acid hydrochloride.
